I think he wrote this when he was older and couldn’t run as fast as he used to. Pain avoidance is NOT a bad thing:) When you go through it you usually come out exhausted, and wonder what the hell you were thinking.

That name actually comes from the fact that I used to do some political cartoons and it was “hit and run,” when I did them:) LOL I don’t do them anymore but now that I think about it, maybe I should!
