I’m back in town.”

I hear you
on the other line
while i see
the postman
outside the window.

The postcards
you sent on time
The letters
i dared to hide

“Hey i’m back in town,
you still remember me?”

I couldn’t
dare to speak
while i stare
at the angel
in my bed

“Hey, im back in town
you still remember me?”

I put the phone down
because
i remember you
all the time.
