suddenly i’m a voyeur
in the stairs of my life
while i’m in the middle of their aisle
and if a picture
speaks a thousand words
then why am i
speechless?
Is it because
i can’t watch them leave
when i’m caught
playing with fire
or perhaps because
i’m clueless why
we can’t love
two people at the same time?

We can but only if everyone agrees…LOL Or else you may end up with no one to love. That’s the way we set up the rules, and while rules are made to be broken, you need the rest of the players to agree on what the rules ARE before you start loving someone else at the same time:) Good luck.

It’s never wrong to love two people at the same time but of course it is always wrong for us to assume that it will both last.

You’re right, it is only when the scale is empty that one is in a balance. Choices. One needs to stay, the other you must let go. I don’t know, honestly, i’m not a love expert. I’m still clueless when it comes to love Steph.

I think we are clueless because we want to be able to know how to restrain the heart…which is impossible, i believe. … like asking the sun or stars not to shine.

Joel, of course we can love two persons at the same time. The not so funny part is when the person you love, loves someone else too. And what’s even more heartbreaking it’s when they pick the other person.
I know I have a heart because I feel it breaking. Broken. In pieces.
Sometimes we accept the rules of the game because we secretly think we can change them on the way 🙂
